3) U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Israel.
4) Western Hemisphere, Europe, Australia and New Zealand Jews were .0126% of their combined population.
5) Jewish percent of the world population has changed over the 112 years of the Olympics. For this exhibit, the current percent (.00207) was doubled to approximate the average.
